product care
All products are hand made by me, Tiffany Morris-North in my home studio, located on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Each piece is made with love and care. Any irregularities and quirks are a natural part of handmade, but no piece is put up for sale that is deemed a second, or has a major pattern or ceramic flaw.
Pottery vessels are made using a mid fire clay that has a clear gloss glaze. All pieces are food safe but suggest hand washing and not soaking for any length of time in water.

Shipping policy
I ship via Australia Post. Regular starts at $12.00, and Express $15.00 for most items. If any item incurs greater costs, you will be notified before item is shipped. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (with the exception of commissioned items or made to order that require a lead time).
You will be sent a parcel tracking number via email or SMS when your parcel has shipped.
As most products are ceramic, items will be packed with bubble wrap and additional padding to ensure a safe arrival. I use recycled materials wherever possible.

Refund policy
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. . You must pay for all related shipping costs.
 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your privacy is extremely important to me. All online purchases are processed using the secure services of PayPal. For information regarding their privacy policy, please visit www.paypal.com.
All information provided during the course of a sale and /or conducting business is regarded as strictly confidential and is managed in accordance with Australian Law and Privacy Policies.
I will not disclose the information you provide to me unless required to do so by law. I may provide certain necessary information to third party service providers or contractors who assist me in getting the goods to you.

Disclaimer
A sale is not final until you have processed payment and received confirmation of your order. On the very rare occasion that a double sale does occur, I reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that I am unable to fulfil.
